Focus Area 1: Gain practical knowledge in applying yoga philosophy, teaching or incorporating trauma-sensitive practices, Somatics, Hatha Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra into your classes without having to commit to a 300 HR program.
Focus Area 2: Learn how to hold space for traditionally marginalized groups and individuals and/or integrate thoughtful strategies for inclusion and equity into your wellness programming.
Focus Area 3: Discern how to bring your yoga business into the world in a way that aligns with your ethos and energy. Design your work life beyond the hustle and grind of the gig economy to become a full time yoga teacher without 25 class work week.
