A wholistic approach to mentorship

    What is the biggest version of yourself? How would you like to show up in the world for your community? Through the Consultation, we will discern what tools you’re looking for to live out your purpose.

  • Build it.

    You are likely here because you have a bunch of tools that you’d like to put together to create something amazing. Let’s sort them and build out your customized plan of success for your yoga formation, development, and/or business. with purpose-driven execution.

  • Grow it.

    Whether it is growing, defining, or starting your business, or you would like continuing education development, we will work together in small groups and one-on-one sessions to empower you through your customized mentorship plan.

  • Live it.

    Upon completion, yoga professionals will receive Yoga Alliance credits for 40 hours of advanced teacher training mentorship. Non-yoga professionals will receive referrals and connections through Tamika’s extended network.

The 40 HR Mentorship

Gain practical knowledge in applying yoga philosophy, teaching or incorporating Somatics, Hatha Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra into your classes, learning how to to hold space for traditionally marginalized groups and individuals, and discerning how to bring your yoga business into the world in a way that aligns with your ethos.
